- Returns will be accepted for deffective products only. There are no returns accepted on any any fabrics, patterns, books and all printed materials. Please contact us at [email protected] for any returns.

- We pride ourselves in processing your order as fast as we can, at times because of holidays or busy times of the year and stock shortages we might experience a slight slow down in processing time, if this is the case we will contact you to update you.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All orders must be paid before they are shipped. If payment is by money order, please allow a little more processing time (to allow the payment to be received by us).
