Hi Everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your summer thus far. We have been on a few mini holidays visiting family & friends.
Now it's time to get back to work and let you know that I have been working on some new kits. They are Christmas ornaments and made on the 22ct Hardanger fabric. The kits are complete with the fabric, yarn, needle and full instructions. My other kits are card kits and I will be making more of them as well.
TIP to know!
The best part of the Hardanger kit(s) is that the pattern(s) can be used for Monk's Cloth as they are one to one. Just follow the basic instructions for your Monk's Cloth, like the prep and basting. Should you find the yarn measurements slightly long just shorten them by 1/4 width at a time until you are comfortable with your yarn measurements.
The Harvest card kit makes a lovely Monk's Cloth runner or afghan. I have it in an oval card or rectangle card. The oval is popular.
Well I will let you go for now and please email me any questions you might have regarding my Swedish Weaving.
I will also be posting some more photos and instructional videos in the weeks and months to come. So come back often as this BLOG page is only getting started.
Thank you all for your comments and I will be working on some of your suggestions from a while ago.
Take care & happy weaving,
Christine
